The cleaning crew could be more courteous!!! Heating issues in rooms are unacceptable, especially during cold nights!!! The non-English speaking front desk staff need better training on customer service!!!

This place exceeded my expectations. Nicely tucked away near Newark airport, it offered a surprisingly clean room with basic amenities. The friendly staff were a delight, making everything feel welcoming.
